My GW Pasta Machine

This is my first attempt at making egg noodles.  Ingredients:  4 large eggs, 3 1/2 C. sifted flour and 1 T water.  That's it!  The noodles are drying and I will seal them in quart jars unless we eat them first.

I'm made noodles before and they are always yummy, though much heavier than store bought brands. Still and yet, they are hearty and tasty and perfection in soup!

They were very yummy! I threw a handful in broth and cooked them. It seemed to take forever to cook them and yes, they were heavy like dumplings but yummy.
